Mr. Devendra Bapat
Executive Chairman (Whole Time Director)
Mr. Devendra Bapat is a co-founder of Reliable. He is Executive Chairman (Whole Time Director) of the Company. He heads the Finance & Administration functions and looks after the Legal Compliance of the company. With a Mechanical Engineering from VJTI, Mumbai, Mr. Bapat has gained his early life experience working at Premier Automobiles for three years. In 2004 – 2005, he served as the President of the Nashik Industries Manufacturers’ Association (NIMA), a body representing over 2000 industrial units in & around Nashik. He is a co-founder and Director of Advantage Nashik Foundation, a section 25 Private Limited Co., working towards improving the quality of life of the citizens of Nashik.
Mr. Amol Chitnis
Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Amol Chitnis is a co-founder of Reliable. He is a Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Company and leads the New Business Development and Research & Development activity of the company. With a Mechanical Engineering from VJTI, Mumbai, Mr. Chitnis has worked in the R&D division of Mahindra & Mahindra for four years. He contributes his time and effort for financial support at various charitable activities in Nashik.
Ms. Sneha Agharkar
Director
Sneha is a Chartered Accountant by profession having over 13 years of post-qualification experience. She also possesses additional certification in International Taxation from Foundation for International Taxation (FIT). She is experienced in the field of Direct and International Taxation advisory. She was previously associated with Reliance Industries Limited, Deloitte Haskins & Sells and Sharp & Tannan Chartered Accountants. She joined Reliable Autotech Pvt Limited in May 2020 and she has been leading strategic initiatives of the CSR, Human Resources & Industrial Relations function.
Mr. Rohit Agharkar
Director
Rohit is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He also possesses additional certifications such as Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) from USA. He was previously associated with Godrej Consumer Products Ltd. and Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. He has vast experience in the field of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), internal audit, and information security. He joined Reliable Autotech Pvt. Ltd. in May 2020 and he has been leading strategic initiatives of the Finance, Information Technology (IT & SAP) and Sustainability functions.
Mr. Vijayendra Murthy Katte Praveen
Director (Independent)
Mr. Praveen Katte is a seasoned business leader with over 32 years of progressive experience in driving business initiatives across multiple sectors. With a strong focus on Strategic Sourcing, Operations Management, and Project Management, he has consistently delivered results by reducing costs and enhancing total cost of ownership. His strategic mindset and effective communication skills have enabled him to excel in driving world-class business and sourcing processes. In May 2023, Mr. Katte founded Prag Vera Consultants, a consultancy firm specializing in business transformation, global sourcing, supply management, and operational excellence. Prior to this, he held leadership roles at Meritor, Inc., where he led teams across India, China, and Australia, overseeing global sourcing and purchasing functions in the Asia Pacific region. With a background in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University, Mr. Katte brings a wealth of expertise in driving enterprise value enhancement through strategic sourcing, innovation, and operations transformation in leading corporations such as Tyco, Ingersoll Rand, and ArvinMeritor.
