We have a dedicated setup for manufacturing housing rings, which includes work centers for ring rolling, ring heating, resizing, flattening, and VMCs for notch machining. We ensure product reliability through advanced testing technologies, such as ultrasonic weld testing, 3-axis CMM, and leakage testing SPMs.
Our plants are equipped with low- and high-tonnage presses, along with machinery from reputed manufacturers, including progressive and transfer presses from Schuler, ISGEC, and others, as well as robotic welding machines from ABB and others.
With the help of advanced IT solutions, we can trace the history of any component manufactured in our plants using 2D laser barcoding machines.
