Mr. Rajendra Bagwe
Co-Founder & Director
As a Co-founder and a whole-time Director, Mr. Rajendra Bagwe helps evaluate new business opportunities, provides strategic direction and helps construct a robust strategy execution system at Reliable. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from VJTI, Mr. Bagwe has experience working in the R&D division of Mahindra & Mahindra for four years. Adding to his knowledge background, he has also studied Executive Education courses from IIM Ahmedabad and a three-year Owner President Management Program at Harvard Business School. He is the founder and chief mentor at the Teaching Learning Community (TLC), a group of over 700 entrepreneurs who have come together to learn & share from each other’s experiences, knowledge, and best practices.
Mr. Devendra Bapat
Co-Founder & Director
Mr. Devendra Bapat is co-founder and a whole-time Director at Reliable. He heads the Finance & Administration functions and looks after the Legal Compliance of the company. With a degree in Mechanical Engineer from VJTI, Mumbai, Mr. Bapat has gained his early life experience working at Premier Automobiles for three years. In 2004 – 2005, he served as the President of the Nashik Industries Manufacturers’ Association (NIMA), a body representing over 2000 industrial units in & around Nashik. He is a co-founder and Managing Director of Nashik First, a section 25 Private Limited Co., working towards improving the quality of life of the citizens of Nashik.
Mr. Amol Chitnis
Co-Founder & Director
Mr. Amol Chitnis is a co-founder and a whole-time Director at Reliable and leads the New Business Development and Research & Development activity of the company.
With a degree in Mechanical Engineer from VJTI, Mumbai, Mr. Chitnis has worked in the R&D division of Mahindra & Mahindra for four years after graduation.
He contributes his time and effort for financial support at various charitable activities in Nashik.
